These Terms & Conditions govern the supply and installation of driveway bollards by Prestige Bollards Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to you, our customer ("you", "your"). By booking an installation or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Prestige Bollards Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. Our principal trading address and engineers are based in London. You can contact us on +44 7904 344662 or via WhatsApp.
2. Quotes and Orders
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
- A booking is formed when you accept the quote and we confirm an installation date in writing (including by WhatsApp or email).
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3. Installation
- You are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the installation site.
- You confirm that you are the legal owner or authorised occupier of the property and have any necessary consent (including from leaseholders, freeholders or local authorities) for the work to be carried out.
- Our engineers will assess the site on arrival. If unforeseen ground conditions, buried services or access issues prevent installation, we will explain the options and any additional cost before proceeding.
- On completion, you (or an authorised representative) will be asked to sign off the work, either on paper or electronically.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Payment is due on the day of installation by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Where additional work is needed beyond the quoted scope, the extra cost will be agreed with you before the work is carried out.
- We reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate on overdue invoices in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Consumer customers have a 14-day right to cancel from the day the contract is formed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may be charged for any work already carried out.
- You may reschedule your installation free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less notice may incur a £100 mobilisation fee to cover engineer time.
6. Our Guarantee and Warranty
Our products and installation work are covered by our 3-Year Warranty, which forms part of these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the contract is limited to the price paid for the installation.
- We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by your failure to maintain the bollard in line with the supplied instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, branding and the Prestige Bollards name and logo, is owned by Prestige Bollards Ltd or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 14 days of the issue arising. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
